We sell 100% digital, personalized kids' birthday invitations: the instant invitation is put together on screen and unlocked for download as soon as payment is confirmed; the animated invitation is a personalized video, produced by our team and delivered on WhatsApp within 24 business hours. There is no physical product, pickup or shipping — everything is delivered digitally.
We accept Pix (instant approval, Brazil only) and credit card. As soon as payment is confirmed, the order status becomes "paid" and the high-resolution download of the instant invitation unlocks on the order page; for the animated invitation, we start producing the video and send it to the WhatsApp number given at checkout within 24 business hours.
Because this is a digital product, a full refund can be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, as long as the instant invitation hasn't been downloaded in high resolution yet and the animated invitation hasn't entered production yet. Once the final file is unlocked or sent, we consider the invitation delivered and no longer offer refunds — except when the mistake was ours (a corrupted file, personalization details swapped by our own error, etc.), in which case we fix it or refund it at no cost.
Your purchase grants a personal, family-use license to the finished invitation: send it to guests, post it on the party's own social media and keep it as a keepsake. It does not include the template's source files, and it does not authorize resale, redistribution of the blank template, or commercial use by third parties.
We may adjust prices, available designs and the content of these terms at any time, to keep up with improvements to the site. The version that applies is always the one published on this page at the time of purchase.
To build the invitation, we ask for the child's name and age, the party's date/time/location, an optional special message and, when the invitation isn't instant, the responsible adult's WhatsApp number. This data is stored on Google Cloud servers, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) with access restricted to our team. The payment processor only receives what's needed to confirm Pix or card payment — we never store your card number. Advertising tools (Google, Meta, Pinterest) only receive aggregated conversion metrics, never the party details. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
